A 4-day quilt retreat hosted by The Mitten Quilt Co.
Bring your projects, sew with other quilters, shop retreat specials, and enjoy time with the quilting community.

Important: Completing the registration form does not hold your spot. Your spot is held once payment is received through The Mitten Quilt Co. website.

Pay either the $75 deposit or the $275 Early Bird registration.
Book your hotel room separately if you plan to stay overnight.

After your deposit is paid, additional payments can be made in $25 increments.

Quantity 1 = $25
Quantity 2 = $50
Quantity 3 = $75
Quantity 4 = $100

Payment plan payments do not qualify for Early Bird pricing.

Add-on deadline: April 1, 2027

Add-ons are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, your add-ons will be shipped to you unless your spot is transferred and you choose to include the add-ons with your transfer.

After April 1, add-ons may be available in limited supply, but preorder pricing will end.

Hotel Information

Retreat registration is for the event only. Hotel rooms are not included.

This works great for Day Campers who plan to drive in each day.

Overnight attendees will book and pay DoubleTree directly using the hotel room block link once it is available.

Room rate is per room, not per person
Breakfast is included for up to 2 guests per room
Room sharing is optional
Attendees are responsible for hotel and roommate arrangements
Free hotel shuttle to/from GRR airport must be arranged with the hotel
Free hotel shuttle within a 2-mile radius
If you are driving in each day, you do not need to book a hotel room

Room Sharing Example

If the room rate is $110 per night:

1 person = $110/night
2 people sharing = $55/person per night
3-night stay for 1 person = $330 total
3-night stay for 2 people sharing = $165/person

Hotel taxes and fees may apply.

Spouse / Guest Policy

Spouses or guests may visit for free if they are not sewing and not fully participating in the retreat.

If a spouse or guest plans to sew or fully participate, they must register at the regular attendee price and will receive the same retreat benefits.

Cancellation + Transfer Policy

The $75 deposit is non-refundable
Add-ons are non-refundable
Eligible refunds are issued as a store gift card
Retreat spots may be transferred to another person
The new attendee must complete the registration form
Payment arrangements between the original attendee and new attendee are their responsibility

Cancel on or before March 1, 2027:
Store gift card refund for eligible payments made, minus the $75 deposit and any add-ons.

Cancel March 2–April 30, 2027:
50% store gift card refund for eligible payments made, minus the $75 deposit and any add-ons.

After May 1, 2027:
No refunds will be issued.

Photo + Video Notice

Photos and videos will be taken throughout the retreat and may be used for:

Social media
Livestreams
Website content
Advertising
Future retreat promotions

If you prefer not to be directly featured on camera, please note that on your registration form. We will do our best to honor that request, but it may not always be possible to avoid appearing in the background of photos, videos, livestreams, or social media content.
