These raffle tickets enter you to win my original quilt, “Exclamation.” I made this quilt to be different and abstract on purpose. I wanted it to feel bold, a little unexpected, and not like the same quilt you see everywhere.

The story behind “Exclamation”

“Exclamation” is special to me because it marks a real turning point in my quilting. It was only my second applique quilt, and I was still learning how to trust my eye and take creative risks. I didn’t play it safe with the layout or the shapes. I leaned into the “different,” and that’s exactly why I love it.

It was also the second quilt I ever longarmed, which makes it a big milestone piece. When I look at it now, I can see the progress, the practice, and the confidence building stitch by stitch. It’s one of those quilts that reminds you that growth happens when you actually try the thing, even before you feel ready.
